Availability
You can choose from a three-night weekend break, a four-night midweek break or stay for seven nights.
All our breaks start or end on a Monday or Friday.
Pricing
Terms & Conditions
On changeover day, departures to vacate accommodation by 10:00am. Arrivals accommodation available from 3:00pm.
Arrangements will be made, if at all possible, if guests require different times.
Price includes VAT, heating, electric, bed linen and towels.
You will be required to pay a refundable deposit of £50.00 (cash or cheque) for the use of the electric entrance gate controller.
Cancellation
It is the guests responsibility to obtain the necessary holiday insurance to protect against losses due to cancellation.
In the case of cancellation, holiday deposits are non-returnable. Where the holiday has been paid in full and we are able to re-let in full or in part, the guest will then be entitled to a refund equal to 90% of the re-let booking.
Arrival & Departure
Rooms will be made available after 3:00pm. on the day of arrival and we ask guests to vacate by 10am. on day of departure.
Method of Payment
We accept cheque and bank transfer (details available upon request).
Liability
We cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any person or persons property whilst occupying the holiday accommodation.
Your Obligations
You agree to pay for any losses or damages to the property, caused by you or a member of your party which will be determined at the owners discretion.
Complaints
Every effort has been made to present the property to a standard whereby you will enjoy your holiday. If a problem or cause for complaint does arise, please contact us immediately. Every effort will then be made to assist you.
